Our wedding was far better than we could have ever imagined. Everything ran like a dream and we enjoyed every moment of it. The only negative was that our wedding day ended.
When we got engaged in April 2015 the thought of a destination wedding had never crossed our minds. It was always going to be a Sydney wedding. Our search for a venue in Sydney however left us uninspired. We decided to have a look at some Bali options as the location was convenient for both of our families. Villa Bayuh Sabbha was the first venue we saw, and we instantly fell in love with it. I began researching all the wedding planning companies in Bali that have done weddings at the venue.
I contacted many companies based on web reviews and Vara Wedding ticked all the boxes with fantastic testimonials and beautiful social media posts. Sasha was allocated to me as a potential wedding planner after my online Vara Wedding enquiry. She contact me straight away, and was professional and friendly. Sasha was the only wedding planner that got
back to me promptly and was not `pushy`. She also patiently provided me with her professional recommendations even though I hadn`t committed to her as our wedding planner. It didn`t take long for me to realise that Sasha was the perfect choice to be our wedding planner, and I couldn`t be happier with our decision as everything ran so smoothly.
I am probably the pickiest and indecisive bride possible and I`m so fortunate to have had Sasha as my wedding planner pointing me in the right direction and providing me with her expert advice. I like to know every detail that`s involved in the wedding. Sasha was very patient with me explaining all the details, let me make my own decisions whilst guiding me with her professional suggestions. She has great relationships
with all the vendors and we were lucky enough to get the best services from all vendors. She was also able to get quotes from all the vendors quickly and ensured that we made the most of our budget. Even though
Sasha and her team were organizing many other weddings, Sasha gave me a feel like ours was the only wedding. She always allocated so much time to me and was very patient with the first time she made contact with me.
On the day of the wedding, we were blessed with the dream team from Vara. Everyone was professional and friendly. My assistant Ary allowed me to remain calm and enjoy the day. She was extremely helpful and
friendly yet professional throughout. Angga was Omid`s assistant, and he was so pleasant to be around. Jepri was so accommodating with bride`s parents as they have many requests and he could help with everything they wanted. The whole team was a dream to work with, and we couldn`t have done the wedding without them.
Sasha`s achievements with our wedding exceeded any of our expectations and we are so grateful that she was our wedding planner. This year-long project could not have been any better and for that, we must thank Sasha and the dream team. It didn`t feel like just another wedding, but the most special day of our lives.
Both Omid and I are sincerely grateful to have had Sasha and the team plan this unforgettable event. Sasha has become not just a wedding planner to us, but a lifetime friend.
